Ir Kumar Subramaniam, is the founder for SGT Konsult Sdn Bhd. He is in charge of the management of the company and actively participates in the design and implementation of projects undertaken by the firm and provides advisory services. He has extensive experience in palm oil mill management and about 30 years of experience in constructing and handing over complete new palm oil mills and upgrading of existing mills all over Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and South America.

Ir Tan Guan Huat, is one of the Director for SGT Konsult Sdn Bhd. He is endorsing Professional Engineer for the Civil and Structural design. Ir Tan Guan Huat graduated from National University of Singapore in 1990 with B Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering in 1990. In 1993 he was awarded Master of Engineering from National University for his research in structural optimization. He has also written several papers for international journal on structural optimization. Ir Tan has intensive experience in structural design of reinforced concrete structures and steel structures. He was involved in the design of warehouse, factories, bridges, high rise condominiums, mass housing projects and others. He is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia investigating committee for complains against professional engineer. He is also a member National Slope committee in charge of drafting the National Slope Masterplan for Malaysia. |

S. Thiagarajan S/O K.S. Sabaratnam, is Associate Director for SGT Konsult Sdn Bhd. Mr. Thiagarajan graduated from University Technology Malaya in 1969 with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Mr. Thiagarajan has more than 40 years of experience in administrating and managing project works as a Project Manager in Palm Oil Industry. He is actively involve in the project from earth work to handling over the palm oil mill to the Owner. Mr. Thiagarajan is fully incharge of all palm oil mill project, which inclusive of complete project implementation works, i.e., design, fabrication supervision, installation works, commissioning and handling over. |

Serjit Singh Gill, is the Manager of Electrical Design Department. Mr. Serjit greatly involved in the projects undertaken by the firm and carried Electrical Technical Visits to various operating plant to enhance and improve the overall operations.Serjit Singh Gill started his career at TNB before moving on to Golden Jomalina Food Industries Sdn Bhd (under Golden Hope Group) where he worked for 26 years before joining A&M Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd.
